This quote is my reminder of the week.
I have loved the Light to fiercely to be afraid of the dark.
I will not shut my eyes so tightly that I only see the pain.
I will look to the Light of the stars.
Darkness can only survive where light is absent.
Light is not even absent in the night.
This time is only the night.
And at the end of the semester it's not grades that matter.
It's the fact that I got through my freshman year with integrity, passion, and honor.
I went through my freshman year focused on Christ not myself.
I came here for an education, not a grade.
I came here knowing the value of who I am in Christ, not to find that value in anything else.
I went through freshman year with the mindset of Solo Deo Gloria...
I will end it the same way.
