That is how many hours I will be working at the library until I go back to school. Normally I would love the extra hours and the ample opportunity to work, but it seems like a very dim bright side...
My long time co-worker who's more like a mother to the pages (a hard knock kind of mom, but good mom) got hit by a car today. She's in the ICU with a disfigured face, among many other things. The car pinned her under and dragged her along.
It's hard to say life goes on...
I just saw her yesterday.
For the first time in months.
She was energetic and happy and she just had a granddaughter...
Not fair doesn't begin to describe this situation.
Some questions don't have the answers that I want, and that's hard.
