Girlies

I love babysitting.
It's one thing that can tire me out and refresh me all at the same time.
The little girlies that I watch just have the best personalities.
They're so alive, to smile to laugh and to dream.
They have this piece of them that says, "I can do anything, watch me!"
They have this beauty in a simplicity.
They say the funniest things.
And they're still learning.
They're not always little angels, but even they know that.
I love watching their thoughts form, and the weird faces they make.
Little kids keep me on my toes.
I've been watching this one little girl for three years now.
She is only 3 1/2.
I've watched her grow up.
And honestly, she's more like a little sister or a cousin than just some kid I watch.
Crawling
Walking
Falling
Laughing
Speaking
Running...

I can't wait to see what she'll do next!
I hope she never forgets me...
But I know that even if she does I'll never forget her.

She's taught me more than I have taught her. <3
It's funny how little kids can do that...
