Dug is what I call my cousin so when I say Dug... I mean her. If you have NOT ever seen the movie Up, disregard my blog and go watch it immediately! I love that movie, and so does my cousin. I believe her to be the human equivalent of Dug. Dug is an energetic, sweet, kind, a.d.h.d. golden retriever. My cousin is all of that, but human. I love her! SO MUCH! So I started calling her Dug. In my mind, and now in my blog. She calls me Kevin... Kevin is weird, mom like, and a bird. So, I guess that's like me but human?
So, I forgot to mention that my Favorite #1 Librarian in training (#1 LIT for short) where I work (obviously at a library), she blogged about me. Haha, just a little blurb but it makes me smile. =) She's sweet, and crazy, and I'm really not sure how to describe her, but she's amazing. End of story. Anyway, she wrote about my 'incident' at work. Incident meaning the childrens room was a MESS, so I was cleaning with her and I stepped on a toy car tripped and hit my head. I'm fine, the bruise is under my hair, but that messy room is annoying... it won't stay clean! Crazy children... their parents should teach them the Barney song about cleaning up...
On another note today I went on an adventure. At least I call it an adventure. Jord and I walked around town for hours. In circles pretty much, but he found an abandoned house he claims to live in one day (without improving it at all of course). And I did NOT find a house I want because there are no Victorian style houses with a wrap around porch here. Oh well...
Right now I'm typing to the sound of Jord playing guitar. Of course he claims that my lovely Shiba's strings are turning his fingers green! He's crazy she would never do such a thing! Psh... The lovely sound of strings in the back make my life happier. I wish I could just have him play them all the time! Did I tell you what I got for graduation!? I'll put a picture up soon. It's my favorite... Jord drew a picture of the boathouse and Corina and Kayt made a frame from birch wood and it makes the most beautiful sight ever. It takes my breath away and I could stare for hours...
Hmm... I do believe I'm going to go take advantage of the fact that I have a beach a few blocks away...
