After a packed ride where I sat in a box-like space, my mom had no leg room, and my dad had to drive a two ton car we made it to school!
After grabbing some burgers, shopping for a new rug and some storage, and moving all my stuff into my third floor room, we had to say our goodbyes.
It was a sad start to a new adventure, but at least I had company when they left!
My Daddy bought me a Flyers Pillow Pet!
I named him Philip.
Philip and I decorated what we could in the room, okay so mostly we organized. But we will continue to decorate. (pictures to come of the finished product)
Oh, and of course I had the company of my fellow RAs that had already moved in. We wandered around the building, talked, laughed, and shared our nervousness and excitement for the upcoming year. I'm so excited about the other eight people on my staff! I can't wait to work with them, starting tomorrow!
