My homework is done!

And it's only 12:04 ?! NO WAY!
That's really early for me and my homework load...
But I guess this weekend wasn't all that demanding.

Friday I had class where I handed in a paper and was assigned a new one.
My math teacher only assigned one sheet of homework, and then I was done classes!
So I did some homework until I had to work.
I worked.
And then I was free for the rest of the night.
And there was certainly a rest of the night!
There was a dance party!
Specifically called a sock hop (because you couldn't wear shoes).
So me and a bunch of my friends, and a few people I didn't even know, all went together. We danced the night away like crazy college kids and had a LOT of fun. I was even swing dancing to RAP music. Who does that?! Crazy kids... =)
And after we'd danced to our hearts content we moved to the lounge in a dorm and played worship music into the night. We had a piano, 2 guitars, travel guitar, ukaleylee (I can't spell that...), jimbay, and we all sang. It was really great.
And when we got tired of that... we learned new swing moves!
You'd think the night ended there but NO!
After that we were hungry, so we went to WaWa and got mini-subs and ice tea.
Then we went back and had girl talk until the morning.
Literally.
I have NEVER been up that late in my LIFE.
FIVE AM!
It was awesome...

Saturday, needless to say, we slept until noon!
I loved sleeping in, that was the second time I've slept in since being here.
When I woke up I went to lunch.
Talk with friends.
Wrote letters.
Did homework.
And then went to dinner.
After dinner Emily Ann, Justin, Alex, and I went to the mall.
It wasn't that long of a trip, but we are a ridiculous group of people.
We joked around, and had fun with pop rocks.
We had an intense conversation while waiting in line at Verizon.
(It was sort of a carry over conversation form dinner about flags but that's all I'm going to say it's a complex subject I don't really agreed with so... end of that part of my story time)
Then I got home and hung out with EA and Kels and Les talking for a few hours until we all were so ridiculously tired that we couldn't stop laughing. =) THAT is when we knew it was time for bed.

Sunday I woke up and went to a new church.
It was interesting, I liked being at a church again, but I think I'm going to check out a few others before picking a home church here.
After church it was off to lunch, then more reading for homework.
But... I also did a lot of reading for fun.
And then I wrote notes, because it was EMMA'S BIRTHDAY! So we hung stuff up on her door, and sang her happy birthday. And then Justin showed up so we hung out for a while listening to music. Then Emma came and hung out too!
Dinner...
Homework...
SURPRISE PARTY FOR EMMA! With ice cream and cookies of course.
WORSHIP! I love student led worship... it makes me dance. =)
Then homework...
Then I was all done!

Now it's tomorrow because I've been distracted while writing this blog...

Okay, I'm off to go read a little more, and then go to sleep.
Tomorrow is the beginning of a brand new school week.
